Notice and template pack

Tender and pre-contract risk review
A commercial departures position at tender stage. We identify which provisions create disproportionate risk, recommend departures or qualifications, and give you a position to negotiate from before you're locked in.
Commercial support on call
Ongoing commercial and contract administration support during project delivery. Includes delivery-meeting attendance, emerging-risk monitoring, and responsive advice when the contract situation changes. Available on a retainer basis.
Experience summary
10+ years in construction commercial and contracts, including tier-one PPP and major public infrastructure programs. Contracts administered across billion-dollar programs. Teaching experience in contracts administration. Commercial-side expertise (not principal-side), with a focus on protecting subcontractor and consultant entitlements.
